<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 20090895() <br /> <br /> <br /> UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> <br /> HALL COUNTY LIVESTOCK IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, a Nebraska nonprofit corporation <br /> ("Grantor"), hereby grants and conveys unto the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal <br /> corporation ("Grantee"), an easement for the installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of water mains, <br /> storm drains, sanitary sewers, and other uti I ity facilities over and across that portion of the real property legally <br /> described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the "Real Property"); <br /> provided, however, that all such systems, structures, mains, sewers, and other public utilities shall be installed <br /> and maintained below the ground level or surface of the Real Property. <br /> Grantee shall, at its sole cost and expense, restore the Real Property to the original condition thereof <br /> and as soon after any work is performed as may be reasonably possible to do so.
