Amorena, being the Substitute Trustee under that certain <br />Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Financing Statement and <br />Fixture Filing (Revolving Loan) (the "Deed of Trust") dated March 27, 2008, executed by Nall, <br />Inc., as trustor, in which AXIS Capital, Inc. ("Beneficiary") is the beneficiary, and John J. Jolley, <br />Jr. is trustee, and filed for record June 18, 2008, as Instrument Number 0200805276 of the Office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that a breach of <br />an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred and that the <br />nature of such breach is the failure of the Trustor to make the payments as they became due that <br />are required under that certain Promissory Note (Revolving Note) dated March 17, 2008 in the <br />original principal amount of $100,000.00 from Nall, Inc., as maker, to the order of Beneficiary. <br />YOU ARE HEREBY FURTHER NOTIFIED that because of such default the <br />indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed has been accelerated and that because of such default <br />the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations <br />under the Trust Deed. <br />The trust property affected is described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference: <br />[SIGNATURE PAGE FOLLOWS] <br />4819-4219-6485.1 <br />
