Rev. <br />Stat. 76-201): <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SWl/45W1/4) of Section <br />Twenty One (21), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the Sth P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section Twenty One (21); thence <br />northerly along and upon the West line of said Section Twenty One (21), a distance of Two Hundred Eighty-One <br />(281.0) feet; thence deflecting right 88° 38' and running northeasterly a distance of Four Hundred Thirty-Eight and <br />Five Tenths (438.5) feet; thence deflecting right 92° 59' and running southwesterly a distance of Two Hundred Ninety- <br />Oneand Four tenths (291.4) feet, to the south line of said Section Twenty-One (21); thence running westerly along and <br />upon the south line of said Section Twenty-One (21), a distance of Four Hundred Thirty (430.0) feet to the place of <br />beginning; excepting therefrom a certain tract of land more particularly described in a Quit Claim Deed recorded in <br />Book 164, Page 316, records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same. <br />Executed ~~~~, 2009. <br />Estate o Harland L.
