That certain Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Financing Statement and Fixture Filing (the "Deed of Trust"), which was executed by Nall, Inc., a Nebraska corporation ("Borrower") in favor of Lender on Mazch 27, 2008 and recorded on June 18, 2008, as Instrument Number 0200805276 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of County of Hall, Nebraska, did not include in the legal description for Pazcel 1 the excepted tract described in the Return of Appraisers recorded as Document No. 200703785 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of County of Hall, Nebraska. 2. The puxpose of this affidavit is to hereby correct the legal description of Parcel 1 identified on Exhibit A hereto by adding to the description the following text shown in underline: Parcel 1 Lot $ Block 3, Spaulding and Greggs Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Return of Appraisers recorded as Dacurnent No. 200703785. 3. The Deed of Trust encumbers certain real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and incorporated by reference herein.
