<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVBYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Gene R.
<br />Hoffman, a single person, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of June 1, 2004, and recorded on June 2~d, 2004, as
