Masan and Debra J. l;/ ~ <br />Mason, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and S S <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Gilbert J. Honky and Josephine M.
