<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,
<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby
<br />grants and conveys to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its
<br />successors and assigns, 1 S. Wacker Drive, Suite 1400, Chicago, IL
<br />60606, Grantee, without any covenant or warranty, expressed or
<br />implied, all of the following described real estate:

<br />to the City of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska and
<br />its complement Fractional Lot 6, in Fractional Block 101,
<br />of Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated October 20, 2003, and recorded on October 29,
<br />2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200314309 wherein Jose Arredondo and
<br />Irma Arredondo, husband and wife are named Trustors; and Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and
<br />Gary D. Byrne is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $52,000.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof;
<br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to Everhome Mortgage
<br />Company by an Assignment dated December I6, 2008 and recorded on
<br />December 24, 2008 as Instrument No. 200810372 in the Office of the
