Wacker Drive, Suite 1400, Chicago, IL <br />60606, Grantee, without any covenant or warranty, expressed or <br />implied, all of the following described real estate: <br />Fractional Lot 6, Block 101, Koenig and Wiebe's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska and <br />its complement Fractional Lot 6, in Fractional Block 101, <br />of Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by a Trust Deed dated October 20, 2003, and recorded on October 29, <br />2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200314309 wherein Jose Arredondo and <br />Irma Arredondo, husband and wife are named Trustors; and Mortgage <br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and <br />Gary D.
