200908723 SECTION ONE SUBORDINATION As an inducement to lender to grant such loan to trustor, beneficiary and trustor hereby subordinate the above-described trust deed of Apri16, 2006, in favor of beneficiary, to the trust deed in favar of lender that is being recorded with this agreement on (~CC~D~f ~~, a~9 at Document No. in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds. Beneficiary and trustor further agree that the lien of the trust deed in favor of lender shall be and is in all respects a lien prior and superior to the lien of the trust deed in favar of beneficiary. SECTION TWO APPROVAL OF LOAN TERMS The terms of the loan from lender to tnxstor are as follows: Loan Amount: $64,000.00 Term: 180 MONTHS Initial Rate: 4.50% Beneficiary hereby approves all the terms of such loan. SECTION THREE INUREMENT; BINDING EFFECT This agreement shall inure to the benefit of lender, its successors and assigns, and shall be binding on beneficiary and trustor and their respective successors and assigns.
