<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Carol J Staples, a single person, Trastor, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of "Trust dated May 2, 2008 in which Pathway
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed. of Trust being
<br />recorded May 29, 2008 as Instrument Number 200804622 of the Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $6$,000.00, has been paid
<br />or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed. of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed.
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />ar persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
<br />~"he Easterly One-Half of Fractional Lot 3 and the West 24 feet of Lot 2, Block 101,
<br />Railroad Addition, an addition to the City of Grand Island, as surveyed, platted and
<br />recorded in Hall County, Nebraska.
