Rev. Stat. 76-201): <br />LOTS FOUR (4), FIVE (5) ANA SIX (6), EQUESTRIAN MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, <br />IN THH CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE <br />that GRANTOR: <br />(1) It warrants that it will defend the title to the above real estate <br />against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through and <br />under grantor, but not otherwise; <br />(2) That the real estate is free from encumbrances, except easements, <br />restrictions, reservations, and covenants of record; and <br />(3) By accepting this Special Warranty Deed, grantee acknowledges that <br />he has had adequate opportunity to inspect the property conveyed <br />herein as well as all improvements located thereon.
