Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by BARRY J LEWIS, AN UNMARRIED PERSON AND AMY L BRY80N, AN UNMARRIED PER80N, as <br />Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING 8v LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION, FSB, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as <br />Trustee, dated OCTOBER 3, 20001 and recorded OCTOBER 5, 2000, in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200008286 regarding <br />the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by BARRY J LEWIS, AN UNMARRIED PER80N AND AMY L BRY80N, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, <br />as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE <br />BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING 8v LOAN ASSOCIATION, FSB as Beneficiary, <br />dated OCTOBER 3, 2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of xALL <br />County, Nebraska as Document No. 2oooos2ss, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
