Penner Grantee{s), real property in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />described as follows: <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Sixteen (16), in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />THIS DEED IS NOT TO BE IN EFFECT UNTIL: October, 2QOJ <br />Together with all hereditaments and appurtenances belonging thereto.
