<br />CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record December 28, 2005, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 2005-
<br />1263 $. Said. Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Rona Rae Kucera and Stephen D.
<br />Kucera, as wife and husband, as Trustors, in which Columbus Federal Savings Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary and Columbus Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed
<br />for record February 29, 1996 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 96-101466.
<br />On or about March 8, 1996, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The
<br />Assignment was recorded March 20, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96-102042.
<br />On or about June 28, 2002, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneftciary, assigned all of its
<br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. The
<br />Assignment was recorded September 7, 2004, in the offcce of the Register of Deeds of Hall Caunty,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2004-08897.
<br />Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest
<br />in the Deed of Trust to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP. The Assignment was recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
