<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the day of October, 2009, CitiMortgage, Inc., as -- -- ---
<br />the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Julio Garcia and
<br />Veronica Vasquez De Garcia, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Carnplaint being to obtain
<br />an accounting, to fareclose a deed of trust executed by said Julio Garcia and Veronica Vasquez De Garcia,
<br />husband and wife, to First American Title Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for CitiMortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, to foreclose any
<br />interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendants, to obtain an
<br />order far the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by
<br />such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated February 27, 2008,
<br />and was recorded on February 29, 2008, as Instrument No. 0200$01660 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lot Twa (2), in Block Two (2), in West Bel Air Second Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on October 8, 2009 as Lnstrument No. 0200908084 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
