Mortgage Pass-Through <br />Certificates Series 2600-C, is the plaintiff, and Mario A. Perales and Chastity A.. <br />Perales, are the defendants, The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New <br />York as Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Benefit of <br />the Certificatehalders of Popular ABS Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates <br />Series 2600-C, did obtain a Decree finding that there is due the plaintiff the sum <br />of One Hundred Eight Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Six Dollars and Thirty- <br />Five Cents ($108,346.35), plus interest, escrow advances, title search costs and <br />costs of suit; and <br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered irr-said-Gec-~ee~tnat-iYrc~efaait of the <br />payment of the sum sa found due by the defendant, that the appointed Master <br />Commissioner should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be <br />advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and <br />WHEREAS, default in payment having been made therein, Arend R.
