<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by Plainview, LTD.; A-Neb~a~ha~mi~aet~artnersh~p, ~s Trustor, in which Equitable Bank
<br />fka The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal
<br />Savings Bank, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as
<br />Trustee, dated February ls, ].99s, and recorded February 20, ~.99s, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 9s-101427 regarding the
<br />real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Plainview, LTD., A Nebraska Limited Partnership, aS trUStor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede,
<br />Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka The Equitable Building and
<br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank as Beneficiary,
<br />dated February is, 199s, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of xall
<br />County, Nebraska as Document No. 98-101427, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the -right titre aril iritere~-and" -c~f~ri~cquired by the Trustee~ursuant to--the Deed - - --
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
