Steven Leininger and Sandra J. ~ ~ ~ 0 <br />Leininger, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, Canvey and confirm unto William H. Roush Jr. and Cheryl L.
