The crops shall be harvested at <br />Lessee's expense and shall be delivered to local markets at <br />Lessee's expense, pursuant to the direction of LESSar, but in no <br />Event shall Lessee be required to deliver the crops any farther <br />than Grand Island, Nebraska. Placing the crop in temporary <br />drying or storage bins or placing the same under loan or <br />depositing the same in the Lessor's bins on the premises shall <br />not constitute delivery. All alfalfa shall be baled, and all <br />corn shall be shelled at Lessee's expense. The craps shall be <br />divided so that Each .party receivES shares of Equal quality, and <br />the shares shall be measured by bushels ar weight measurements or <br />other means of equal shares agreed upon. Lessee shall provide <br />Lessor with scale tickets or other evidence of measurement of <br />crops divided and delivered. <br />3. Lessor and Lessee shall pay one-half of the expenses of <br />the following casts of crap production: <br />A. Seed D. Herbicide <br />B. Fertilizer E. Aerial Spraying <br />C. Insecticide F. Energy far operating <br />irrigation wells. <br />Lessee shall provide all labor, machinery and other equipment <br />necessary for crop production. <br />4. Lessor agrees to furnish irrigation pumps, power units, <br />center pivots (only on land in Section 27-14-111 and irrigation <br />pipe for irrigation of the cropland. Lessee agrees to use and <br />operate said irrigation equipment in a careful and diligent <br />mannEr and to maintain the pumps, pivots, and power units in goad <br />operation condition at all times by proper lubrication in <br />accordance with the manufacturer's specifications or in the <br />absence thereof, in accordance with standard practices. Lessee <br />hereby agrees to reimburse Lessor far any damages arising to said <br />pumps, pivots and power units arising out of Lessee's negligence <br />ar carelessness or the negligencE of any of Lessee's employees, <br />agents or family. Any modification of irrigation water delivery <br />systems shall be pursuant to written negotiated agreement between <br />2 <br />
