Rev. Stat. §76-201) <br />in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Four (41, Block Two (2-, Summerfield Estates Fourth Subdivision, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having sold said land to the <br />Grantee for a fair and adequate consideration, such consideration, in addition to that <br />above recited, being full satisfaction of all obligations secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Andy Leighty and Alex Leighty, recorded on September 25, 2008, as <br />Instrument No. 200808182; in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska.
