Butler, as TrustorBorrower, in which Pathway Bank <br />is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor and that a breach of an <br />obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such <br />breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments on the Note secured by the Deed of Trust and <br />other obligations as they came due. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal <br />balance, in the amount of $74,733.53, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and <br />the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under <br />the Trust Deed and Note owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary pursuant to the terms ofthe Deed <br />of Trust refereed to above which secures these obligations. The trust property affected is as follows: <br />Lot Four (4), Gilbert's Subdivision of Block One (1), Gilbert's Second Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways, easements, rights, <br />privileges and appurtenances located thereon, and all personal property that may be or hereafter <br />become an integral part of such buildings and improvements, all ofwhich, including replacements and <br />additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real estate conveyed intrust hereby, it being <br />agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Property". <br />Dated this ~9 day of October, 2009. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />De ~ e D.
