Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated FEBRUARY 21, 1996, <br />and recorded FEBRUARY 21, 1996, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 96-~.or229 regarding the real estate described in <br />paragraph 3 below. <br />2, Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by STEVEN GALLIART AND ARTIS A GALLIART, HUSBAND AND WIFE, a5 truster, to Earl <br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE <br />EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A <br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary, dated FEBRUARY 21, 1996, and recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 96-101229, <br />has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
