Said Deed of Trust was assigned to HSBC Mortgage <br /> Services, Inc. on November 14, 2006 and recorded on November 27, <br /> 2006 at Instrument No. 200610466 in the office of the Register of <br /> <br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br /> which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br /> nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br /> <br /> payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes.
