<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the ~ , D D
<br />'I"rust Deed dated September 1, 1998 and executed by Leroy G. Cote and Josephine K. Cote, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is Warned as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #98-108744 at the Register of Deed's office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on the 8"' day of September, 1998
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received frorr~ Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Sixty-Four (64), Wheeler and Bennett Second Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 16"' day of October, 2009.
