<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated September 26, 2008 and. executed by Leroy G. Cote and Josephine K. Cate, not
<br />personally but as Trustees on behalf of Cote Family Revocable Living Trust, as "I'rustor, in which Five
<br />Paints Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded as Instrument #0200808445 at the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />the 3rd day of October, 2008
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot 1, Block 64, Wheeler and Bennett 2nd Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of "1"rust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate naw held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 16`" day of October, 2009.
