Williams a/1~/a Ben D. <br />Williams and Katherine L. Williams, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in ~`~ <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto John D. Boshart and <br />Beth M.
