Deaton and Terri A. <br />Deaton, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dallar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Cory A. Booker and Stacy L.
