Burns, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska <br />State Bar Association, Successor Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated March 1 , 2002, , <br />filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 28, 2002, as <br />Instrument No. 0200203374, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Six <br />Thousand Three Hundred and Eighteen Dollars and Forty Cents ($6,318.40) as credit against the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as Holder of the beneficial <br />interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm <br />unto Grand Island Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc., herein called the Grantee, the following <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska <br />Lot Four (4), Block Eighteen (18), Lambert's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the <br />buildings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunder belonging, unto the said <br />Grantee and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever. <br />Signed this 16th day of October, 2009. <br />Duane A.
