<br /> TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Successor Trustee under the terms of a
<br />certain Deed of Trust filed for record on March 28, 2002, as Instrument No. 0200203374 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Beckie Casillas, a single
<br />person, was identified as Trustor.
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, Duane A. Burns, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska
<br />State Bar Association, Successor Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated March 1 , 2002, ,
<br />filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 28, 2002, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200203374, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Six
<br />Thousand Three Hundred and Eighteen Dollars and Forty Cents ($6,318.40) as credit against the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as Holder of the beneficial
<br />interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto Grand Island Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc., herein called the Grantee, the following
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Eighteen (18), Lambert's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the
<br />buildings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunder belonging, unto the said
<br />Grantee and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
