The affiant is the sole successor to the interest of all real property in the State <br /> of Nebraska of the decedent, Luther F. Peters, also known as Luther Peters, who died on <br /> June 4, 2009. <br /> 2. As of the date of the death of the decedent, the decedent owned the following <br /> described real property: <br /> An undivided one--third (1/a) interest in and to Lot 11, except the West 14 <br /> inches thereof in Block 21, Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> 3. The value of the decedent's interest in all real property in the decedent's estate <br /> located in this state does not exceed $30,000.00. Said value has been determined from the <br /> value of the property as shown on the assessment rolls for the year in which the decedent <br /> died. <br /> <br /> 4. At least thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death of the decedent, as shown <br /> in a certified or authenticated copy of the decedent's death certificate attached hereto. <br /> 5. No application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative is <br /> pending or :ryas been granted in any jurisdiction. <br /> <br /> 6. Affiant is entitled to the real property by reason of being the sole devisee under <br /> the will of the decedent. <br /> 7. Affiant has made an investigation and has been unable to determine the <br /> existence of any subsequent will. <br /> 8. No other person has a right to the interest of the decedent in the above <br /> <br /> described property. <br /> 9. Affiant is the sole devisee of the decedent and the value of the entire estate of <br /> the decedent is $6,249.00. <br /> 10. Affiant swears and affirms that all statements made herein are true and material <br /> <br /> and further acknowledges that any false statement may subject the affiant to penalties <br /> relating to perjury under Neb.
