TWEEDY, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and says that <br />KENNETH K. TWEEDY, Deceased, died on July 9~', 2009, at Doniphan, County of <br />Hall, State of Nebraska, and at the time of his death, he was married to PATRICIA A. <br />TWEEDY. <br />At the time of his death, he and his spouse, PATRICIA A. TWEEDY, were the <br />owners of record of the following real estate, to-wit: <br />Lot Fourteen (14), Amick Acres Second (2) Subdivision, Doniphan, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof. <br />Assessed Value: $139,358 ~- 2 = $69,679 <br />They owned all of their real and personal property as joint tenants or in a joint <br />trust, and PATRICIA A. TWEEDY, as the surviving joint tenant and beneficiary, is now <br />in possession of said property.
