<br />_ __ TRUSTEE'S PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Bonita M. Goodwin,
<br />a single person, Trustor(s), to The State Bank of Cairo, now known as Pathway Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated June 7, 2002 in which
<br />The State Bank of Cairo, now known as Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation
<br />is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded June 26, 2002 as Document No. 200206732 of
<br />the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has been partially satisfied and said beneficiaries have
<br />requested that this Partial Deed of Recanveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, a part of the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described
<br />as follows:

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this PARTIAL DEED OF
<br />RECONVEYANCE, at Cairo, Nebraska, this 1st day of October, 2009.
