<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska. Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated April 10, 2000, executed by Roxy R Clark and Lori L Clark, husband and wife, in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned. as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska, recorded as instrument #0200002838 on
<br />the 11th day of April, 2000, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />znentirn~ed as follows:
<br />LOT THREE (3), BLOCK THIRTY (30), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed. of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the previsions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this ^eed of Reconveyance, at Grand
