The Court has jurisdiction aver the parties and subject matter of <br />this action. <br />2. The marriage is irretrie ably broken and should be dissolved. <br />3. The care, custody and antral of the minor child., Joshua Daniel <br />Reher, born June 1, ].978, shout be as follows: legal custody placed in the <br />Petitioner with the physical cost dy to be in the maternal grandparents, Mr. <br />and Mrs. Ralph Hescock until Pe itianer is released from doctor's care; <br />Respondent is to pay the Burn of One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($125.00) <br />per month child support commen ing forthwith and commencing until the minor <br />child reaches the age of 19 year or further order of the Court; Respondent <br />shall have the right to reasonabl visition. <br />4. Petitioner shall have th following property: <br />a. The 1970 Oldsmobile , Serial No. <br />b. All household goods and furnishings now in her <br />possession. <br />c.
