<br /> YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a need of Trust executed
<br /> September 20, 2005, by BRIAN L. ELSBERND, an unmarried man, Trustor, in favor of FIVE
<br /> POINTS BANK, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL
<br /> ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on September 21, 2005, as Instrument
<br /> No. 2005-09370, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was
<br /> assigned by the original Beneficiary, FIVE POINTS BANK to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an
<br /> Assignment dated September 20, 2005, and filed for record on September 21, 2005, as Instrument
<br /> No. 2005-09371 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has
<br /> been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL
<br /> ASSOCIATION, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds
<br /> Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br /> LOT 8, BLOCK 1, ELM PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br /> COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br /> Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br /> payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor 'T'rustee,
<br /> GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br /> Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br /> By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br /> to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br /> The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br /> Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
