Rivera Barrientos and Maria D. Rivera, a married couple, herein called the <br />Mortgagors, one or more in consideration of k~fteen Thousand and no/100 Dollars <br />($15,000.00) of State of Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Funds received from the <br />Housing Development Corporation (HDC), herein called the Mortgagee, does mortgage <br />to the Mortgagee the following described premises situated in Hall County and the State <br />of Nebraska to wit: <br />* aka Levis A.
