Arvizo and Alfonso Arvizo, wife and husband, as <br /> trustors, on May 30, 2007, did make, constitute and deliver to Richard T. <br /> Seckman, Attorney at Law, as trustee and Eugene J. That said Deed of Trust was recorded <br /> on May 30, 2007, at 11:37 a.m. as Instrument No. 0200704418, with the Register <br /> of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation of the trustors for which said Deed <br /> of Trust was granted, has occurred, to-wit: Failure to make monthly payments, <br /> failure to pay real estate taxes and failure to maintain proper insurance for <br /> the real estate. <br /> THEREFORE, notice of default is hereby given that the trustee, Richard <br /> T. Seckman, Attorney at Law, at the request of the beneficiaries, Eugene J. <br /> Jedlicka and Carol A. Jedlicka, husband and wife, has elected to sell the real <br /> estate above described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy the obligations.
