<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated October 9, 1997, executed by Allen W. Tonniges and Cynthia K. Tanniges,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document #97-108728 on the 20th day of October, 1997, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />A Part of Lot Eleven (11) of the County Subdivision of Fart of the South Half (S%z) of Section Five (5),
<br />1"ownship Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the d`~' P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska described as
<br />follows, to wit: Commencing at a Point 50 Feet South of the Northeast corner of said Lat Eleven (l 1),
<br />running thence West 1.05'/z Feet, thence South 75 Feet, thence East 105'/z Feet, thence North, along the
<br />East Boundary of said Lot Eleven (11), 7S Feet to the place of beginning
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of sucl~ Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person ar persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, ~s 23rd day of September, 2009.
