Preisendorf a/k/a Harry Charles Preisendorf, Trustee of the Harry Charles <br />Preisendorf Trust created under the Will and Codicil of Harry Conrad Preisendorf, Deceased, <br />and Joann Wieland a/k/a Joann Preisendorf Wieland, Trustee of the Joann Preisendorf Wieland <br />Trust created under the Will and Codicil of Harry Conrad Preisendorf, Deceased, pursuant to <br />power therein, GRANTOR, whether one or more, in consideration of distribution from. trust, <br />conveys to GRANTEES, Harry C. Preisendorf and Joann Wieland, each an undivided one-half <br />interest as tenants in common in the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. <br />76-201): <br />Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Eleven (11), Township Twelve (12) <br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6`y' P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Twenty-Four (24), Township Twelve (12) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6~' P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />The South One Hundred .Fifty-Eight (158) Feet of the West One Hundred (100) <br />feet of Lot Seventeen (17) afHame Subdivision of that part of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NW1/4~ of Section Nine (9), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West <br />of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, which lies West of Wheeler Street; which <br />rectangular tract hereby conveyed is bounded on the South by State Street and on the <br />West by Broadwell Street, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; excepting tract <br />deeded to the City of Grand Island described in Deed and recorded in Book 158 <br />at Page 552: <br />Subject to easements, covenants and restrictions of record. <br />Grantor covenants with Grantees that Grantor: <br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances; <br />(2) has legal power and lawfiil authority to convey the same; and <br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against acts of the Grantor. <br />
