Deed of Reeonveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by BRIAN A CATCHPOOL, AN UNMARRIED FERSOI~i, aS trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, <br />Attarney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL <br />SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated JANUARY 2, 2003 AND JANUARY <br />2, 2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALI, Caunty, Nebraska <br />as Document Na. 200300202 AND 200300260, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person ar persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
