<br /> One-Half of the Southwest Quarter (N1/2SWI/4) of Section Sixteen (16),
<br /> Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6t" P.M., Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br /> Lot Two (2) Island, in Section Sixteen (16), Township Nine (9) North,
<br /> Range Twelve (12), West of the 6"' P.M., liall County, Nebraska.

<br /> GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the real

<br /> estate from said Trust, and GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power

<br /> and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
