CERTIFICATION OF TRUST The undersigned, Kelly Diane Ashton, Successar Trustee of the Pcar] Ashton Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated February 9, 1994, as amended April 1 S, 1994, October 31, 1997 and April 11, 2005, pursuant to Section 30-38,103 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, hereby certifies as follows: (a) Pearl Ashton, Settlor, created the Pearl Ashton Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated February 9, 1994 as amended April 15, 1994, October 31, 1997 and April ] 1, 2005, the ("Trust Agreement") and until. May 20, 2009 was serving as Trustee of said Trust; (b) Due to advancing age, declining health and a desire not to continue with the responsibility for managing the assets subject to the Trust Agreement, Pearl Ashton executed. a Resignation of Trustee under date of May 20, 2009 thereby resigning as Trustee of said Trust; (c) On May 20, 2009, Kelly Diane Ashton, the designated successor Trustee of the Trust Agreement executed an Acceptance of Successor Trustee thereby accepting the trusteeship of said Trust; (c) Pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement the undersigned is currently serving as the sole Successor Trustee of said trust; (d) The undersigned as Successor Trustee of said Trust has all powers granted to trustees by the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code; (e) The Trust Agreement is irrevocable due to the death of the decedent, Pearl Ashton on August 19, 2009; (f) The taxpayer identification number for the Pearl Ashton Trust is 27-6189489; (g) The name of each beneficiary and the relationship to the Settlor is as follows: Name Relationship Kelly Diane Ashton Daughter
