<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust
<br />Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Beneficiary under the Deeds of Trust executed by Robert M. Allen
<br />Family Limited Partnership, a Nebraska Limited Partnership as Trustor to Heritage Bank f/k/a City
<br />National Bank and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated
<br />as of July 2S, 2002 and recorded July 29, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200207819 has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
<br />pursuant to the Deeds of Trust in the following described premises but only as to such premises:

<br />Nebraska.
<br />Provided that the remainder of the land described in the Deeds of Trust, together with all buildings,
<br />fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to the remaining land, shall remain subject to the
<br />Deeds of Trust.
