AI- <br />ebadi, Heather D. Al-ebadi, and Wells Fargo Financial Bank, as the defendants, the abject and prayer of <br />such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust executed by said Kadhirn G. Al- <br />ebadi and Heather D.
