<br />as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Kadhim G. AI-
<br />ebadi, Heather D. Al-ebadi, and Wells Fargo Financial Bank, as the defendants, the abject and prayer of
<br />such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust executed by said Kadhirn G. Al-
<br />ebadi and Heather D. Al-ebadi, husband and wife, to Lenders First Choice Agency, Inc., Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for Flagstar Bank, FSB,
<br />Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-
<br />named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the
<br />satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that
<br />such deed of trust is dated November 16, 2007 and was recorded on December 6, 2007 as Instrument No.
<br />0200710257 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such
<br />beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />LOT TEN (10), BLOCK FORTY-THREE (43), IN RUSSEL WHEELER'S ADDITION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on September 3, 2009 as Instrument No. 0200907266 in the Office of ±he Register of Deedsof
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
