<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand ~~
<br />__. Island, Hall County, Nebraska, . is a member of the ~ Nebraska -State
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated June 11,
<br />2004, executed by Gerald L. Posey, a single person, as Trustor, in
<br />which Property II, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, ,
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />Deed of Trust was recorded on June 14, 2004, as Document No.
<br />0200405880 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County,
<br />Nebraska, and .
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from Property IT,
<br />L.L.C. written request to reconvey the real estate described in
<br />the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT SIX (6), IN BLOCK FOUR (4) OF H. G. CLARK'S ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee,
<br />does heresy convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
