Wenn and a <br />Linda C. Wenn, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is <br />named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #96-107192 in the <br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 16th day of September, 1996. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled <br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit: <br />LOT 6fi ARGO 4t" SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated September 10`h, 1996, recorded as <br />Document #9fi-107192 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and <br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, this 15th day of September 2009. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A NEBRASKA CORP R ON <br />Tim A.
