<br /> YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br /> August 31, 2007, by NANCY M. PAULICK, a single woman, Trustor, in favor of FIVE POINTS
<br /> BANK, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as
<br /> Trustee, and which was filed for record on September 4, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-07599, of the
<br /> Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original
<br /> Beneficiary, FIVE POINTS BANK to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated August
<br /> 31, 2007, and filed for record on September 4, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-07600 of the Mortgage
<br /> Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor
<br /> Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of a
<br /> Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br /> LOT 25, BLOCK 5, MORRIS THIRD ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br /> NEBRASKA.
<br /> Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br /> payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br /> GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br /> Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br /> By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br /> to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br /> The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br /> Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
