<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE ~ ~ ~~
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by Darick D. Barnhart, an Unmarried Individual, as Trustors, to Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 18, 2006, recorded on January
<br />20, 2006 as Instrument #0200600575; and the Deed of Trust dated February 22, 2006 recorded
<br />February 27, 2006 as Instrument #200601688 both in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
<br />Lots Four (4) and Five (5), in Block Forty-four (44), Packer ~ Barr's Second Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together with the complement to said Lot Four (4),
<br />being a tract of land 8.9 feet wide by 120 feet long lying immediately south of and adjacent to the
<br />south line of said Lot Four (4), Block Fouty-four (44), Packer 8~ Barr's Second Addition. Said
<br />complement also known as Lot Ten (10), Block Forty-four (44) Packer 8~ Barr's Annex, together
<br />with the half of vacated Clarence Street lying north of and adjacent to the north line of Lot Five
<br />(5), Block Forty-four (44), Packer & Barr's Second Addition, said street having been vacated by
<br />Ordinance No. 5005, excepting therfrom the alley reserved in said Ordinance No. 5005.
