Miller (Miller) owns: ~, <br /> <br />Lot Six (6), Block Seventeen (17) in Scarff's Addition to <br />West Lawn in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and its complement, to--wit: Lot Twelve (12) <br />of Subdivision of Lots Two Hundred Eighty (280), Two <br />Hundred Eight-One (281), and Two Hundred Eight-Two <br />(282) of West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; <br />AND WHEREAS, Jon Paul Wade (Wade) owns: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Seventeen (17) in Scarff's Addition <br />to West Lawn in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and its complement, to--wit: Lot Eleven (11) <br />of Subdivision of Lots Two Hundred Eighty (2$0), Two <br />Hundred Eighty-One (281), and Two Hundred Eighry- <br />Two (282) of West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />AND WHEREAS, the two (2) properties and owners described above share a <br />common driveway and a garage with a party wall used by both properties and owners. <br />AND WHEREAS, Miller and Wade wish to legally confirm the right of each other to <br />use the common driveway and garage party wall. <br />NOW THEREFORE, Miller and Wade agree as follows: <br />1. Miller and Wade grant each other an easement for ingress and <br />egress across and upon the driveway located on the property owned by each of them. <br />This mutual easement shall inure to the benefit of Miller and Wade, their heirs, agents, <br />invitees and assigns. All future owners of the two (2) parcels of real estate described <br />above shall have unlimited and unrestricted use of the common driveway. <br />2. Miller and Wade grant each other an easement and the right to use <br />the garage party wall located on the property owned by the parties. This mutual grant shall <br />inure to the benefit of Miller and Wade, their heirs, agents, invitees and assigns. All future <br />owners of the two (2) parcels of real estate described above shall have unlimited and <br />unrestricted use of the garage parry wall. <br />
