The Real Estate subject to the lien is: <br />A triangular tract of land situated in Lot Five (5) of Section Two (2), Township <br />Ten (10), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point on the <br />south line of said Section Two (2) which point of beginning is 117"2.0 feet east <br />of the southwest corner of said Section Two (2), running thence in a <br />northeasterly direction at a deflection angle of 34° 53' 45" to the left a <br />distance of 631.4 feet to a point on the left bank of the Platte River channel, <br />and which point is marked by a 4" x 6" concrete post, running thence in a <br />southwesterly direction upstream along the said left bank to the point of <br />intersection of said left bank with the south line of said Section Two (2), <br />running thence west along and upon said south line of said Section Two (2) a <br />distance of 200.0 feet to the point of beginning; together with any accreted <br />land along the southeasterly side of said triangle <br />And <br />An island adjoining Lot Five (5) in Section Two (2), Township Ten (10) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6t" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, to the south and <br />east thereof, which island was originally a part of said Lot Five (5) and is now <br />separated therefrom by a narrow channel, said island being approximately <br />1900 feet in length and averaging about 300 feet in width. <br />3.
