<br />ROBERT H. CLAUSEN AND ERMA I. CLAUSEN, husband and wife,
<br />each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein
<br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
<br />DOLLAR ($1.00), LOVE AND AFFECTION received from Grantee, and
<br />severance of joint tenancy, do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
