<br />NEBCO, INC., doing business as Christensen Concrete Products, a Nebraska Corporation
<br />whose business address is 23S West Roberts Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has full
<br />knowledge of NEBCO's right, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 52-125 eC seq. (Reissue 1998), to claim
<br />a lien on the real property located at 4044 Gold Core Drive, Lot Twenty (20) Platte Valley
<br />Industrial Park 3rd Subdivision in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, ("Real Estate") for an
<br />amount of not less than $1,400. NEBCO's right to claim a lien. is a result of NEBCO's provision of
<br />labor, services, materials, equipment, goods, and/or products that have been used, expended, and
<br />incorporated into work performed on improvements to the Real Estate.
<br />Having received payment in the amount of $1,400, NEBCO does release any and all rights
<br />to claim a lien for the work performed and materials, services, products, goods, and/or equipment
<br />provided and incorporated into the Real Estate, through the date of this Lien Release. For
<br />construction lien filed as Document #200808469 in the Hall County Register of Deeds. This Lien
<br />Release is expressly conditioned upon receipt of payment by NEBCO in an amount of not less than
<br />$1,400, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and also upon NEBCO's receipt of satisfactory
<br />evidence that such payment has been properly endorsed and has been paid by the bank upon which
<br />it was drawn. If either of these conditions is not satisfied, this release shall be void, unenforceable,
<br />and of no force and effe/ct
